This timely 2-day experience is designed to help Head Start and Early Head Start professionals strengthen program operations through the lens of Head Start Management Systems Wheel with the new emphasis on coordinated approaches and system alignment.
In light of the Office of Head Start’s new Program Systems Review (PSR), which replaces the previous Focus Area 1 and Focus Area 2 reviews, this training provides the perfect opportunity for your team to evaluate current systems and readiness. The PSR focuses on foundational systems such as governance, fiscal management, and program oversight, assessing your program’s capacity to meet Head Start requirements.
